Boathouse Capital Invests in Hawke Aerospace Holdings, LLC

Boathouse Capital is pleased to announce an investment in Hawke Aerospace Holdings, LLC (“Hawke Aerospace”) consisting of four business units including Uniflight LLC, Keystone Med-Flight, LLC, Aviation Services Unlimited, LLC and Hawke Aircraft Holdings, Inc., on August 24, 2012.

Boathouse Capital invested subordinated debt to support Hawke Aerospace’s continued growth with a more flexible capital structure that will augment management’s ability to aggressively take advantage of attractive near term opportunities.
