Boathouse Capital Supports Cal Net’s Acquisition of inhouseIT

Boathouse Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Cal Net Technology Group, has acquired  inhouseIT, a managed IT solutions provider to small and medium-sized businesses in Orange County, CA. The transaction represents Cal Net’s third acquisition since Boathouse Capital’s initial investment in 2013.

Cal Net Technology Group, the premier provider of IT services, cloud capabilities, infrastructure design and implementation, security services, and unified communications to the Southern California SMB market, is pleased to add inhouseIT to their growing platform. inhouseIT provides IT operations support for on-premise & cloud environments and offers end user support to over 500 businesses in and around Orange County.
