Boathouse Capital Completes Growth Capital Investment in Employee Relations Associates

Boathouse Capital is pleased to announce that they have completed a growth investment in Employee Relations Associates, Inc. (“ERA” or the “Company”) in conjunction with Spring Capital Partners. The infusion of capital supported the Company’s acquisition of TalentBridge USA, a Charlotte, NC-based staffing firm that provides both permanent and temporary staffing services. This marks the second such transaction that ER Associates has completed in the last three years and will add nearly $40 million annually to the company’s growing revenue base.

Based in Rochester, NY, ERA delivers flexible contract staffing, executive and professional placements, providing services to its customers that include temporary, temporary-to-hire, and professional placement across diverse technical and administrative disciplines. The Company’s core product is contract staffing services to small, medium, and enterprise clients in the banking/finance, medical, IT, and legal industries on a national basis.

Since its founding in 1985, the Company has prided itself on providing high-touch, premium services to its local and national customers. ERA differentiates itself from the competition with its ability to provide consistent service through their partner service model, which subcontracts with quality local providers.

Effective immediately, TalentBridge USA joins ER Associates as the company’s service provider in the Southeast, delivering professional staffing, executive search, human resources advisory services, outplacement services, and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services.

Tom Ioele, CEO of ERA remarked, “As we continue to expand our footprint nationally, TalentBridge USA epitomizes the type of company we seek to bring into the ER Associates family. We’re so pleased to work with a company like TalentBridge USA due to their positive reputation in Charlotte, as well as the team’s stellar work for both their clients and candidates.”

“Tom and his team have done a tremendous job growing with their customers and adapting to the highly elastic staffing industry. The Company has proven to be a reliable partner capable of performing throughout uncertain economic and regulatory conditions,” said Ken Jones, General Partner at Boathouse Capital.
