Boathouse Capital is pleased to announce that it has completed a growth investment in RBJK Marketing, the largest operator in Jan-Pro system with operations in Atlanta and Oklahoma City. Boathouse Capital partnered with the Company’s management to fund organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including expansion within the Jan-Pro system.
Jan-Pro International is a franchised commercial cleaning services company that operates in 11 countries worldwide. The Company has over $600 million in system-wide sales this year and has ranked as the #1 commercial cleaning franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine for 13 consecutive years. They system is comprised of over 7,500 total franchisees.
Andrew Olsen, Partner, remarked, “Brad and his team have consistently operated the highest performing geographies in the Jan-Pro system. The Covid pandemic has heightened awareness about commercial health and cleanliness as is evidenced by the company’s robust growth through the pandemic. Longer term, the Jan-Pro system remains highly fragmented with significant growth opportunities to implement the processes that have enabled Atlanta and Oklahoma City to outperform. Coupled with Boathouse’s digital transformation, franchise, and B2B services experience, we believe we can continue building a leading commercial services group.”
Brad Rush, CEO, said, “We had a goal twenty years ago when we started our business to use the commercial cleaning industry, and a proven Franchise model, to help people realize the dream of business ownership. Our goal since our inception has always revolved around the success of our Certified Business Owners and having a partner like Boathouse only enhances our ability to do that for many more years to come, and on a much grander scale. We are excited about our synergies and alignment of goals, the opportunity to grow organically and through acquisitions, but most importantly to be even better equipped to make a difference in the lives of all of our business owners.”
