Boathouse Capital Supports Cal Net’s Latest Acquisition of Alpha Actual
Boathouse Capital is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Cal Net Technology Group (“Cal Net”), has acquired Alpha Actual (“Alpha”). Alpha Actual is a provider of private cloud computing solutions & enterprise document management solutions. Alpha represents Cal Net’s second acquisition since Boathouse Capital’s initial investment in 2013.
Cal Net Technology Group, the premier provider of IT services, cloud capabilities, infrastructure design and implementation, security services, and unified communications to the Southern California SMB market, is thrilled to add Alpha Actual’s niche product offering to their platform. Alpha Actual offers blended managed services and hosted desktop offering, priced on a fixed-fee per user service basis serving small-and-medium sized professional firms in the Los Angeles market. Alpha specializes in accounting and legal practices, adding deep industry experience as well.
