The add-on acquisitions help position Hoonuit as one of the leading providers of data management, analytics, and professional learning solutions in education.

Mizuni, a provider of data integration and data warehouse solutions, has a long history of helping K-12 school districts throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and other states manage their data. This acquisition expands Hoonuit’s Texas presence and demonstrates a strong commitment to Texas K-12 districts uniquely challenged with increasing ethnic and socioeconomic diversity within student populations and significant gaps in educators’ capabilities to effectively utilize data. Through the use of Hoonuit’s robust data model and advance technology platforms, the combined organization offers the most complete data analytics solutions allowing educators to inform policies and make decisions at all levels of organization.

DecisionInsite is a provider of enrollment analytics and geographic information system technology with an expansive set of interactive geo-spatial tools. Paired with Hoonuit’s comprehensive data set, these features enable education agencies to access and filter geographic student data to conduct what-if scenarios and make informed decisions. Hoonuit will also employ DecisionInsite’s Enrollment Analysis solution to better serve schools and enhance student outcomes by combining Hoonuit’s data management offerings with enrollment forecasting, housing development data, and school capacity and student yield studies.
